Responsible Selection of Dog Toys

When you give careful consideration to select toys appropriately suited for your dog's size, age, chewing behavior and style of play, we believe you can find fun and lasting dog toys that your dog will enjoy.

Please note the following toys are not appropriate for chewing:

- Soft and plush dog toys
- Dog toys made of fabric or soft rubber
- Dog flyers and flying discs
- Rope toys and tug toys


Additionally:

* Do not allow your dog to chew toys that are not specifically designed for chewing.

* Select a toy that is sized correctly for your dog.

* Large breeds and dogs under 2 years old are more likely to destroy a toy that is not the right size or made to withstand powerful chewing.

* Always supervise your dog when playing with any toy.

* No dog toy will last forever, but we are glad to help you select toys suited to stand up to your dog's style of play.



Shipping Methods

We offer several low-cost shipping options for your convenience. Your order is generally packaged and shipped on the next business day following the date of your purchase, but in some cases actual packaging and shipping occurs later depending on the shipping option you choose.

Shipping time frames shown here and during check-out are approximations and may vary depending on the destination address and seasonal conditions.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping provides prompt, low-cost shipping methods and may require 4 - 8 days for delivery after your order.

Value Shipping
Select Value Shippping during online check-out for the best shipping rate we offer. Orders using Value Shipping are packaged and shipped once weekly, generally using a ground-based shipping courier. Delivery for Value Shipping orders may take up to 15 days.

Priority Shipping
Select Priority Shipping during check-out for fastest delivery. Orders with Priority Shipping are generally delivered within 1 - 3 business days following the date of your order.

International Shipping
For delivery addresses outside of the United States, expect delivery to take approximately 14 - 21 days, or longer depending on the country of final destination.

Note that shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. We do our best to select a shipping courier and method for delivery of your order in a prompt and cost effective manner. If you have special instructions or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.



Merchandise Returns

Please note that soft dog toys are not guaranteed. We can not refund the purchase of soft dog toys if your dog chews, damages or destroys any soft toy.

If you carefully select a toy that is well suited for your dog's size, age and behavior, and despite your efforts your dog destroys it in less than 30 days of making your purchase, contact us for return instructions. In some cases dog toys are guaranteed by manufacturers and you may be required to send the toy to the manufacturer with your sales receipt.

Unused products in new condition with original manufacturer packaging and tags attached may be returned for refund up to 30 days from the date of your purchase.

We regret we can not refund shipping charges in any case, unless we make a mistake in your order or we do not correctly describe a dog toy on our web site.

To return or exchange an item, send an email to big@bigtimedogtoys.com describing the item and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless an item is returned because of a mistake we made. We recommend you insure your return and retain a shipping receipt until a credit is applied to your account. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition.
