The Tuffies Sport Flyer is constructed of a soft foam core to maintain shape and enhance flight. The Flyer is protected by three layers of material - two layers of industrial grade nylon and one layer of soft fleece. All three layers are sewn together with two layers of cross stitching and two more layers of linear stitching to prevent separation. Additional black nylon trim is added to cover the four rows of stitching. The black nylon is sewn with three linear stitches to give the Flyer a total of seven rows of stitching. This well thought-out design ensures its toughness while remaining soft and flexible to protect your dog's gums and teeth.
